Shipping costs are based on location. When you checkout you select your country and shipping method and the total amount including shipping costs will appear. Shipping costs vary from free up to $125 (depending on the location and extra shipping insurance). 

You may return any piece of jewellery or watch that has not been worn, scratched or damaged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Siels also pays the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error.
